Architectural Guidelines, Subdivision Plats & CC&R’s

The information in the section is the documentation of the decisions approved by the Board of Directors related to the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (herein referred to as CC&Rs). They regulate the use, appearance and maintenance of all Lion Mountain property. The CC&Rs are drafted and enforced by the Board of Directors.

Lion Mountain was developed in six subdivisions and there are CC&Rs particular to each. Therefore, ensure that any information in this section is applicable to your specific need.

Short Term Rentals Policy

Subdivision 1 & Subdivision 2

These CC&R’s apply to the following physical addresses:

  • Larch Lane: All

Subdivision 3

These CC&R’s apply to the following physical addresses:

  • Four Wheel Drive: 1890 – 1970
  • Lion Mountain Drive: 1405, 1410, 1415, 1495

  • Sloan: 1505 – 1515

Subdivision 4

These CC&R’s apply to the following physical addresses:
