The Beach Committee and LMOA Board have finalized the plan for the upcoming boating season. There will be 13 slips available for the 2024 season. There will be 2 lotteries: the first being 8 slips available for a 5 year lease, with an option for a 5 year renewal; the second lottery is for 5 annual lease slips.  

The lease rate shall be $5000/year for the long term leases payable in full at the time of signing. In addition, 5yr leaseholders will be invoiced the $450 Annual Slip Maintenance Fee along with any locker and storage fees for paddle boards and kayaks. The renewal rate will be adjusted to market value at the beginning of that season.

The rate for the annual leases will be $3500 payable at signing the lease and shall also include the $450 Annual Slip Maintenance Fee. 

All entries that are unsuccessful for obtaining a long term lease will be eligible to enter the annual lottery if they wish. All entries for both lotteries that are unsuccessful will be put on a waiting list in the drawing order for 1 year should a slip come available during the season.

We would like to have the lottery sometime in early January. Please let The Beach Committee know if you would like to be included.
